Straight forward process, with great service from start to finish. Car was as described and I wasn’t disappointed. Had a long drive back to north of Scotland and everything worked as it should. The car felt like a new car, everything clean and tidy and smooth running. Highly recommend Tong Park Cars to anyone looking for a used car, it such a fine change to deal with a professional firm with excellent customer service. A fantastic, friendly and professional service. I love my new Nissan Qashqai car which was great value for money. I bought an Audi Q3 recently and couldn’t be more pleased with it, with attention payed to detail Shaun talked me through the full inside and outside of the car. I felt so at ease and believed in every word he said. I am so anxious when it comes to handing over money but I was totally put at ease and was even made a cuppa while waiting for the payment to be processed!! I have now had the car 2 weeks and have found nothing to fault at all. Would definitely recommend tong park cars even if it’s advice on anything to do with cars whether or not they have the car you want they will be able to advise and guide you, I am so so happy with the experience I had.
