I recently bought a Japanese import from Shaun at Tong Park Cars and was delighted by the courteous and professional service I received. Nothing was too much trouble for Shaun and there was absolutely no pressure which made the transaction really unhurried and a pleasure, a refreshing change from the car-buying experiences I've had in the past. Shaun even added a free underseal to the deal and the car was MOT'd, serviced and valeted before I picked it up. I would definitely recommend Shaun to friends and family and will certainly take a look at Tong Park Cars when I'm ready for my next car.

It was a wonderful experience in doing business with Tong Park Cars right from online inquiry till the purchase of Car. We went all the way from London to Leeds to purchase and collect the car. We we warmly welcomed and picked up from the Station by Mr. Shaun (Sales Manager). Upon arriving at the show room we were thoroughly briefed about the car (Hybrid system), as we were new to this experience. He then made us comfortable to offer our Zuhur Salah (prayers). Further, all business transactions were done seamlessly and we returned home safely and happily driving a wonderful car around 240 miles! I recently bought my Clio from Tong Park CarsLeeds, I was concerned about driving a far way to see a car in case it wasn't as described, with scratches and such like, but when I got there it really was in excellent condition, they were really honest about everything from the start and gave me a fair price to p/x my old car too. The car I bought off them was missing the SD card for the maps at the time but they had ordered another one as soon as I had shown interest, so when I got to their dealership they showed me the order confirmation and explained the different cards. Really great customer service and they have the time to talk you through everything and make you feel very reassured. I love this car and would highly recommend Tong Park Cars to everyone!

I recently bought a 2012 BMW 320 convertible from these guys, I cannot rate and thank them enough. Firstly, Shaun collected me from Leeds station, and took me to the garage, the service was polite and courteous, offering me a drink etc etc... Now here's the bit you need to read, after driving the car for about 10 miles, I got a puncture, Shaun arranged for his friend to drive out to see if he could help, I followed his friend (run flat tyres) to a garage, when they took the wheel off the car they discovered that the alloy had been previously repaired and had cracked, thus rendering it useless. Shaun had already bought a part worn tyre to get me out of trouble, the owner of the garage (sorry never got his name) was with Shaun and promptly bough a new set of alloys from the garage and paid for the guys to change all tyres over, over £600. If you are considering buying from them, do so in complete confidence.

After finding the car I wanted online I contacted Sean who was very helpful he answered all my questions honestly. I traveled over 100 miles to pick the car up and was happy that Sean picked me and my children up from the train station. So happy with tong park cars after service.
